近年来,先后主持包括国家自然科学基金(3项)、重庆市自然科学基金创新发展联合基金、重庆市教委重点项目、科技成果转化基金、重庆英才计划“包干制”项目等各类科研项目15项。累计获批科研项目经费近800万元。以第一或通讯作者,在Blood、Oncogene、J Exp Clin Cancer Res、Clin Transl Med、J Infect Dis等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文28篇,单篇最高影响因子25.476,IF>10的论文5篇,IF>5的JCR1区(Q1区)论著8篇,单篇最高引用次数226次,累计引用次数1450次。获得国家发明专利授权4项。
肖斌教授作为重庆医科大学高层次引进人才特聘教授,已建成独立的“新型生物技术制药实验室”,拥有完善的基因工程、蛋白工程、细胞工程、非编码RNA组学等技术平台。现团队有博士后、博士研究生、硕士研究生、科研助理和客座研究人员20人。指导研究生获得重庆市研究生科研创新项目2项(2020年、2022年)、重庆医科大学研究生拔尖人才培育计划项目5项(2020、2021、2022年)。2015年指导本科生获得第八届“全国大学生药苑论坛”一等奖。参编专著或教材2部。主讲课程包括《生物技术制药》、《生物制药工程》、《现代生物制药技术与应用》、《生物药物分析》等。
